- How do I know if I need an overlay or a full replacement?
- If the base is stable and cracking is mostly on the surface, an overlay is the smart call. Widespread potholes, sinking sections, or alligator cracking mean the base has failed and a replacement will last far longer. Our free inspection answers this before you commit.
- How long does a resurfaced driveway last?
- On a sound base, expect roughly 10–15 years, and longer with sealcoating every few years.
- Will the new surface be higher than my garage floor?
- We mill the transition at the garage and street so the finished surface sits flush and water still drains away from the building.
