Questions we get asked
- How often should a driveway be sealcoated?
- Every two to three years for most Framingham driveways. More often on a heavily used or full-sun surface, and never sooner than 6–12 months after a new install so the asphalt can cure.
- Does sealcoating fix cracks?
- No — sealer is a protective coating, not a filler. Cracks get routed and hot-rubber filled first, then the whole surface is sealed.
- When can I drive on it?
- Foot traffic after several hours and vehicles after 24 hours in normal summer weather. We confirm timing on site based on temperature and humidity.
